History
The Savannah Box Office was established by the Savannah College of Art and Design in 2009 to service the ticketing needs of the students, staff, faculty, and Savannah community.
Mission
The Savannah Box Office staff strives to provide the best ticketing system, service, and sales to the largest audience possible by providing exceptional and efficient ticket sales with a knowledgeable and courteous staff.
Services
The Savannah Box Office provides a full service box office which includes: walk up ticket-sales, phone sales, Internet sales, and off-site ticket sales. The Savannah Box Office offers a full range of services for our clients. Sales
The Savannah Box Office accepts VISA, MASTERCARD, DISCOVER, AMERICAN EXPRESS, Checks and SCAD Card.
Gift Cards
The Savannah Box Office offers Gift Cards in the amounts of $25, $50, or $100. Gift Cards can be purchased online, by phone, or at the Savannah Box Office window.
Security Policy
All patrons entering SCAD performance venues are subject to search and may be screened by security staff. No large bags, purses or backpacks are permitted inside the venues, and small bags are subject to search. Firearms of any kind are prohibited on SCAD property. SCAD reserves the right to refuse items which may cause a danger or disruption to the event or to other patrons. Any patron who declines to be searched or is in possession of prohibited items may be denied entry or ejected from the facility.
Hours of Operation
Monday - Friday 10 a.m. - 5 p.m. The box office is also open at the performance venue one hour prior to every performance. 24 hour online box office
